SmartCycler SC1600 TD Starter System includes a processing block a laptop computer with CDRW drive software an operators manual a travel case and an accessory kit. Key Features
Sixteen I-CORE (Intelligent Coolingheating Optical Reaction) modules function as independent thermal cyclerfluorometers.
Each module can be programmed separately allowing up to 16 different cyclingdetection protocols to be performed simultaneously in one processing block.
Up to six processing blocks can be linked to one computer.
Sophisticated optics enable the measurement of fluorescence in four channels in each module at the same time for sensitive detection and precise quantisation.
The use of multiple fluorescent dyes permits the detection of up to four targets in a single sample. Software Features
Threshold settings protocols and graph formats can be user-defined.
Each module can be stopped after crossing a user-defined threshold or transitioned to a melt analysis in order to obtain the concentration or purity of a product.
Two experimental runs can be monitored simultaneously and growth curves from different runs overlayed for easy comparison.
