Fluorescence Package features binocular phototube 30ø 20100100 10X20mm E-PL eyepieces 1 fixed 1 focusable right-hand stage with specimen holder luminious field diaphragm with iris four-posiiton revolving nosepiece three A-Plan objectives (10X0.25 40X0.65 Ph2 100X1.25 oil) contrast enhancement filter FL reflected light illuminator FL cube and FITC filter set HBO mercury burner with digital meter and power supply.
Infinity Color-Corrected Optics System (ICS): Objectives and binocular tube form color-corrected primary image needs no additional correction less glass more light transmission greater clarity.
Eyepieces: E-PL 10X20mm FOV eyepieces are supplied eyepieces may be used by spectacle wearers.
Head: Ergonomic binocular tube provides viewing angle of 30ø or 45ø interpupillary distance correction and adjustable eyepiece height.
Nosepiece: Rotatable four- or five-position nosepiece with precision ball-bearing mechanism positive click stops.
Objectives: Packages include A-Plan objectives in magnification factors of 5X 10X 40X 40X Ph2 50X and 100X oil immersion.
Stage: 75 x 30mm mechanical stage has adjustable height controllable friction coaxial xy stage control for smooth movement precise specimen adjustment even at high magnifications ceramic-coated plate.
Focus: Coarse and fine controls with coaxial knobs on both sides of stand comfortable for right- or left-hand use planetary gear drive is maintenance-free self-adjusting has positive end stops.
Condenser: Abbe-type 0.91.25 condenser for routine brightfield phase-contrast and darkfield aperture diaphragm included for Koehler illumination.
Light source: Brightfield BrightfieldPh2 and Hematology packages have built-in UL-listed 6V 20w halogen illumination for optimum image brightness even with phase-contrast techniques fluorescence package includes 50w HBO mercury burner.
